| .5 cup | Butter |
| 2.5 cup | Sugar |
| 5 oz | Evaporated Milk |
| 12 oz | White Chocolate Chips |
| 6.5 oz | Marshmellow Creme |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla |
| Directions: |
Line a 9x9" pan with foil. Place chocolate, vanilla and marshmellow creme into a 3 qt pan. Heat milk over medium heat until warm, add sugar.Over medium-high heat bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly with a spoon. Continue to boil for 8 minutes or until it reaches 235 degrees (but do not exceed 9 minutes). Remove from heat, add butter. Stir until butter is dissolved, but no more than 30 seconds. Pour the hot mixture over chocolate (do not scrap the pan). Mix until all chocolate chips are melted. mix thoroughly and then pour into the 9" pan. Cool at room temperature, then place in refirgerator to make cutting easier. |
