| Good Cranberry Sauce recipe, not too much sugar and it retains some of the tartness of the cranberries | |
| 24 oz | Cranberries (fresh preferred, frozen will work too) |
| 1/2 cup | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | Orange juice |
| 2 | Strips of orange peel/zest (2-3" each) |
| 1 | Cinnamon Stick |
| 1/4 tsp | Cloves, ground |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
| Directions: |
1) Place all ingredients except Vanilla Extract in instant pot 2) Pressure Cook on High for 4 minutes with natural release (will take about 20 minutes after done) 3) Remove Cinnamon Stick and Orange Zest 4) Smash the cranberries to your liking (consistency) 5) Add Vanilla and let cool |
