Pork Tenderloin (Air Fryer)

 

A very flavorful and easy to make pork tenderloin!
 
 1.5 pounds Pork Tenderloin (plus or minus on weight)
1 Pork Rub (see recipe
 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
   
   
   
 
 Directions:

Trim fat and membrane from pork tenderloin.

Rub olive oil on tenderloin followed by pork rub (coat all sides with olive oil and rub)

Preheat Air Fryer to 400, cook pork tenderloin for 20 - 22 minutes (or an internal temp between 145 - 160).

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Then slice and serve with juices.
