| Seasoned Potato Wedges are a great way to make potatoes and using an air fryer saves the grease from french fries! | |
| 3 medium | Russett or Yukon Gold Potatoes |
| 1.5 Tblspn | Olive Oil |
| .5 tsp | Smoked Paprika |
| .5 tsp | Italian Seasoning (or other seasoning to taste) |
| .5 tsp | Chili Powder |
| .25 tsp | Chipotle Powder (plus or minus to spicy tolerance) or Black Pepper |
| .5 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Minced Garlic (plus or minus to taste or replace with .5 tsp powdered garlic) |
| Directions: |
Clean and cut potatoes into wedges. Preheat air fryer to 400. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Place wedges into the fryer basket (single layer with a little space between to allow air flow). Cook for 10 minutes, flip the wedges and cook for 5 more minutes. Cook in multiple batches as needed. |
