Potato Wedges (Air Fryer)

 

Seasoned Potato Wedges are a great way to make potatoes and using an air fryer saves the grease from french fries!
 
 3 medium Russett or Yukon Gold Potatoes
1.5 Tblspn Olive Oil
.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
.5 tsp Italian Seasoning (or other seasoning to taste)
.5 tsp Chili Powder
.25 tsp Chipotle Powder (plus or minus to spicy tolerance) or Black Pepper
.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Minced Garlic (plus or minus to taste or replace with .5 tsp powdered garlic)
 
 Directions:

Clean and cut potatoes into wedges. Preheat air fryer to 400. 

In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Place wedges into  the fryer basket (single layer with a little space between to allow air flow).

Cook for 10 minutes, flip the wedges and cook for 5 more minutes. Cook in multiple batches as needed.
