Artichoke Hearts, chopped |
| 1 cup |
Mayonaise |
| 1 cup |
Parmesan Cheese |
| 1 tsp |
Garlic Powder |
| 1 sprinkle |
Cayenne or Chipotle Chili Pepper |

| Directions: |
Mix everything but Cayenne Pepper together in an oven approved glass bowl. Sprinkle the pepper over the top to add color and a kick. Bake in a convection oven at 350 for 15 mins. |

The original recipe calls for Paprika instead of Cayenne Pepper, but I tried it once with Cayenne Pepper and never turned back - it's too good! Not spicy, but it does a very slight kick to it. |
