Artichoke Dip

The best Artichoke dip around!
 
 14oz Artichoke Hearts, chopped
1 cup Mayonaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 sprinkle Cayenne or Chipotle Chili Pepper
 
 Directions: Mix everything but Cayenne Pepper together in an oven approved glass bowl. Sprinkle the pepper over the top to add color and a kick. Bake in a convection oven at 350 for 15 mins.
 
 Notes: The original recipe calls for Paprika instead of Cayenne Pepper, but I tried it once with Cayenne Pepper and never turned back - it's too good! Not spicy, but it does a very slight kick to it.
