| 3 Tbslspn | Honey (more or less to taste) |
| 2 Tblspn | Apple Cider or White Wine Vinegar |
| 3 Tblspn | Dijon Mustard |
| 4 Tblspn | Olive Oil, extra virgin |
| Directions: |
1) Combine thoroughly the Honey, Vinegar and mustard. 2) Mix in the olive oil one tablespoon at a time until all of the olive is blended in ith the honey/mustard mixture and it does not separate. |
