| Yummy Deviled Eggs! | |
| 12 large eggs | Hardboiled (instant pot is great) and peeled and halved (lengthwise) |
| 6 Tblspn | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 tsp | Apple Cider Vinegar |
| to taste | Salt and Pepper |
| Sprinkles | Paprika (enough for garnish) |
| Directions: |
1) Scoop out Egg yolks from the halves and place in bowl, carefully - you need the egg white to be retain its shape. 2) Smash the yolk with a fork 3) Mix Mayo, Mustard, vinegar and salt/pepper with the egg yolk and mix until smooth, 4) Spoon (or use a pastry bag with a star tip) the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. 5) Sprinkle with paprika... If you want more color, add a sprig of parsley. |
