Deviled Eggs

 

Yummy Deviled Eggs!
 
 12 large eggs Hardboiled (instant pot is great) and peeled and halved (lengthwise)
 6 Tblspn Mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
to taste Salt and Pepper
Sprinkles Paprika (enough for garnish)
 
 Directions:

1) Scoop out Egg yolks from the halves and place in bowl, carefully - you need the egg white to be retain its shape.

2) Smash the yolk with a fork

3) Mix Mayo, Mustard, vinegar and salt/pepper with the egg yolk and mix until smooth,

4) Spoon (or use a pastry bag with a star tip) the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

5) Sprinkle with paprika... If you want more color, add a sprig of parsley.
